KPR i-Services Limited uses the Joomla CMS product because of its stability, configurability and the extensive range of modules available. The product is kept up to date with the latest version (Joomla 1.5) released in 2009. The Joomla 1.0.15 product can also have search engine optimisation features added in that create Google friendly URLs and the correct META data to be added to each web page, which is a must in today's competitive marketplace. From Joomla 1.5 onwards search engine friendly URLs are built into the package.

The Joomla product has many components, modules and plugins that can be added to the core product. As you would expect, not all of these work together or have all the bugs removed from the code - after all many of them are developed and provided to the Joomla community by developers working in their own time.

Note: We are currently testing the Joomla 1.6 Beta 2 product but this product is some way off being a production tool. Joomla 1.6 will have user access control as standard, a feature that has long been requested by the Joomla developer community.
